1. Delivery only items are delivered to 15m of the truck
2. There must be clear access up to the delivery/installation site. 
3. Installation charge does not include any site levelling. Site must be levelled prior to installation.
4. Cedar Sheds, Studios and Cubbies are supplied unstained / unpainted.
5. Purchaser is responsible to comply with regulations from any applicable authority.
6. Building permit may be required for Sheds over 10sq meters.
7. Underground services must be marked clearly. No responsibility is accepted for damages.
8. You may be required tp provide a power source during installation.
9. There will be an extra charge if the installer has to return because of any failure by the Purchaser to meet the above conditions.
